WG(J) Series Mesh Belt Veneer Drier which is used for face-plate,baseplate and long mid plate comprises of heating chambers and cooling chambers. This veneer drier can match with synchronous veneer feeding rack and outfeeding belt conveyer to form continuous veneer drier.
New type of steel-aluminum extruded fin tubes enlarged heat dissipation area and improved the heat dissipation efficiency. Large flow and high efficiency horizontal circulation centrifugal blower and spray box with vortex velocity nozzle make the air flow on the veneer soft and forceful.
To ensure high torque output at low RPM, WG(J) Series Mesh Belt Veneer Drier adopted independent variable-frequency driving system. Besides that, this machine models adopted deviation-adjusting system with photoelectric induction. Graphite bearing with copper screen inside iswear-resistant and high temperature resistant.
